About the Role
Job Description
As an HR Data Analyst based in Ovar, Portugal, and reporting to the Groups International HR Director based in Belgium, you will gather data from various HR systems and reports, develop and maintain data models and respective dashboards for HR metrics, as well as provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making about HR topics such as salary transparency, gender equality, etc.
