JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Recruitment process
- In-charge for employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
- Responsible for Monthly payroll activities
- Knowledge to apply different type of Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- CPF Submission
- Prepare, draft and review employment agreements and other HR documents for employees
- Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Employee Relations and Engagement ie act as a liaison between management and employees in a timely and effective manner
- Handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
