About the Role
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support performance management and employee relations initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Do roving duties by visiting clients from time to time
- Attend to both client and member concerns
- Graduate of any 4yr course;
- Has at least six (6) months experience in general HR functions;
- Willing to do roving duties by visiting clients from time to time;
