Responsibilities
- Manager HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience in non-IT departments (around 100 employees)
- Identify bottlenecks, collect feedback, and propose process optimizations
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR processes
- Manage and support HR-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Create clear documentation and ensure process adoption across teams
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and People Operations to align initiatives
- Explore and test new HR tools and technologies to support process automation and scalability
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR process management or HR project management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured mindset
