This role focuses on execution, data accuracy, reporting, and process administration. You will ensure smooth performance cycles, accurate compensation processing, benefits administration, and reliable HR reporting to support management decisions.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities Performance Management Operations- Administer the end-to-end performance review process (system setup, timelines, tracking, reminders).
- Ensure accurate input and consolidation of performance ratings.
