About the Role
We are looking for an HR professional who is practical, approachable, and confident working directly with managers and employees. This is a temporary full-time position with a 6 month contract .
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration while taking ownership of improving existing programs and processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation while promoting leadership accountability
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer key HR processes and documentation, including offer letters, onboarding, employee records, and employment-related correspondence
