HR Advisor - Field

Chandos is growing across Canada, and we’re looking for an HR Advisor - Field. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering, this role provides hands‑on, operational HR support for the hourly craft workforce, with a strong focus on workforce planning, labour deployment, and employee experience in support of construction operations and project delivery. This role plays a key part in enabling people practices that align with operational priorities, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Working closely with Construction Leadership and Superintendents, the HR Advisor supports rolling manpower forecasts, workforce movements, performance management, recruitment, and employee lifecycle activities across active and upcoming projects. As a trusted and visible HR presence in the field, this role ensures consistent people practices, clear communication, and a supported and engaged craft workforce that contributes to Chandos’ performance and growth.
