Location: Coatbridge
Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team based in Coatbridge. This is a fast paced, operational HR role where you will provide pragmatic, risk assessed employee relations advice and support managers across the full employee lifecycle.
Working in a high-volume environment, you will play a key role in absence management, casework, and supporting positive employee relations.
