Job Description

The Human Resources department requires a committed, experienced and motivated HR Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Booking of appointments
  • Compiling and generating reports for the HR team
  • Compile files
  • Maintain and manage the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training.
  • Capturing of HR information
  • General employee documentation filing
  • Present new employee induction program to new joiners

Qualifying Criteria

  • 3-5 years’ experience in selection and recruitment
  • Proven experience in a HR Administrator role
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to organize and plan carefully
