About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support in board spectrum HR and administrative functions
- Proper maintenance of personal information
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulation
- Liaise with government agencies when necessary
- Handling grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline
- Participate in MOM surveys
- Manage employee exit / resignation process
- Assist to liaise with recruitment agencies for various positions
- Assist in handling work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Assist in checking Monthly Payroll
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
