HR Intern
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Participate in organizing company events and career days/ fairs.
- File documents and answer to employee inquiries.
