Reporting & HR Projects Prepare HR-related reports and analytics. Participate in HR system improvement and digitalization projects. Support audits and HR compliance reviews. 2. Staff Attendance & Disciplinary Control & Industrial Relations Monitor and manage staff attendance records. Handle disciplinary issues and enforce company policies. 3. Employee Grievance & Dispute Handling Address and resolve staff complaints and workplace conflicts. Act as a mediator between employees and management. 4.
