About the Role

  • To manage pantry supplies, toiletries, uniform, stationeries and maintain the inventory.
  • Liaise with Security & Cleaner suppliers to ensure the quality of service provided.
  • Conductsite inspections to ensure all services meetquality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Attend to employee inquiries regarding soft services and bring up any issues when required.
  • Assist inad-hoc projectsrelated to facilities operations.

HR Administration

  • Handle staff facility-related complaints and elevate to relevant departments.
  • Issue Purchase Requests (PR) and Change Requests (CR), liaising with Procurement.
  • Prepare monthly HR-related reports.
  • Execute ad-hoc HR & Admin matter as and when required.

Job Requirement

  • Possess a Diploma or at least 2 years related role experience.
