About the Role

Responsibilities:

A. Full Spectrum Human Resource Management

  • Manage full HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, workpass applications/renewals, and performance management.
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, insurance, and security bonds.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and internship arrangements.
  • Manage HR-related grants and claims.
  • Maintain employee records and support general HR administration.

B. Full Set Accounting & Finance (Including Audit Support)

  • Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger.
  • Perform month-end and year-ed closing, including journal entries andreconciliations.
  • Process payments, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare management reports and financial schedules....
