HP Spark Management Associate - Process Engineer

This role supports HP ink cartridge manufacturing by partnering with internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure processes meet throughput and quality expectations, and by driving data‑driven investigations and continuous improvement. The engineer will collaborate with R&D and NPI stakeholders to support smooth transitions from development/prototyping into manufacturing, contribute to process validation/qualification activities, and participate in cross‑functional projects across the product lifecycle (solution design, validation, tooling, and issue resolution).
