About the Role
Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Room Preparation: Ensure rooms are properly prepared with fresh linens, amenities, and guest supplies.
Inspection & Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors promptly.
Guest Assistance: Respond politely to guest requests related to room cleanliness or additional amenities.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies during cleaning and handling of equipment or chemicals.
