Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

+ Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in a professional manner.
+ Managing reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
+ Coordinating closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
+ Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and basic service recovery with courtesy.
+ Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance areas.
