We're hiring! Michelin-rated Tiger Fork is looking for customer-service oriented hosts with a passion for hospitality. This role is the first face a guest sees upon entering the restaurant, setting the tone for the guest experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Resy, our reservation platform
- Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about the restaurant and menu
- Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team
