Responsibilities

• Logistics Triage & Accountability: Monitor all incoming logistics requests, assign ownership, and follow up relentlessly to ensure team completes tasks on time.
• Strategic Project Management: Drive and manage high‑level business initiatives at the directive of the VP of Operations and COO.
• Operational Reporting: Track progress on long‑term goals and ensure departmental tasks align with broader company KPIs.
• Loop Closing: Identify bottlenecks in processes and proactively suggest solutions to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 2–3+ years of management experience in logistics or project management.
