Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide efficient customer service to patients.
- Report daily census of processed LOA for procedures and consultations.
- Assist HMO Liaison officers with operational and administrative concerns.
- Verify patient coverages and HMO details.
- Assist patients at the window for inquiries related to consultations and procedures.
- Call HMO providers for outpatient approvals and inquiries.
- Update doctors’ leave or vacation status.
- Answer telephone inquiries related to HMO concerns.
- Verify available doctors per schedule at the information department.
- Check availability of forms per HMO provider and coordinate requests.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to process LOA requests.
