Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing. Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements. Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external agencies for payroll-related activities.
