Responsibilities:
Proactively source, engage, and develop a robust network of qualified candidates aligned with open roles
Conduct initial screenings and interviews (phone and video) to assess candidate fit against role and client requirements
Track and update all recruitment activities within the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and quality
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals, sales targets, and KPIs
