About the Role
Provide contract management support to the Company in the varied, dynamic and fastpaced areas of IT services.
Draft, review, and prepare various types of contracts and agreements, including IT contracts on system/software/hardware acquisition, maintenance contracts, nondisclosure agreements, addendums, etc., including finalisation, formatting and triggering contract signing via Docusign.
Review schedules and requirement specifications for IT contracts, including service level agreements and functional/technical requirements.
Provide general advice on contract validity and contract renewal documentation.
Draft and prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and work with IT project managers on RFP and/or proposal clarifications.
Work closely with other functions in Procurement department and Legal department during the RFP and contract drafting process.
