Job Summary

First point of contact for the recruitment team; responsible for continuous support to the hiring & onboarding process and employee questions over the mentioned process. The Hiring and onboarding Support Specialist serves as back office/admin for tactical and transactional tasks for the Americas TA COE, on the processes of talent acquisition, new hires and onboarding. Is accountable of day-to-day support service delivery under agreed integral process SLA's and fulfillment of steps in all HUB companies, achieving KPI's and guaranteeing SLAs are fulfilled accordingly, also reducing deviations and exceptions and ensuring compliance and adherence to current policies.
