About the Role

Job Description

Hi Vis Hire, specialist recruiters for the Hire Industry are currently looking for an experienced Hire Controller for our client, an Independent Hirer supplying Tower Lights, Portable Welfare Units and cabins at their depot in Bonnybridge near Falkirk

The Hire Controller responsibilities include:

  • Organise transport and deliveries/pick ups to/from customer sites
  • Deal with customer enquiries both face to face and over the telephone and advise on which product best suits their requirements
  • Any associated admin tasks including processing on/off hires
  • The ideal candidate should have:

  • A good working knowledge of the Hire Industry
  • Experience of dealing with customers in a busy environment and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills – both telephone and face to face
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Local area knowledge
