Insight Global is seeking an HIM Supervisor for a large hospital system in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for hands-on leadership role, overseeing a 5 person coding team while partnering closely with business and clinical stakeholders (VP & Director level stakeholders). He/She will oversee requirements gathering, functional design, and application builds across Epic HIM-related platforms, including Coding, CDI, Solventum, and transcription services. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned healthcare IT professional who enjoys leading teams, driving system optimization, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
