Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – SEND School
Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a rewarding role supporting young people with additional learning needs? Do you want to work in a specialist setting where you can lead interventions and make a real difference? This SEND school in South Birmingham is looking to appoint a dedicated HLTA to support Key Stage 3 and 4 students with moderate to complex needs.
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in delivering targeted interventions and supporting outreach sessions for students who require additional academic and emotional support. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students engage with learning, develop independence and achieve their individual goals.
