About the Role
Coba Education is currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a range of welcoming and supportive schools across Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA or HLTA looking to take the next step in their career, with opportunities to cover classes and lead learning across a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 (or KS3/KS4 depending on setting)
* Provide targeted intervention support for small groups and individuals
* Assist with planning, preparation and assessment of learning
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required
