About the Role
We’re hiring a Superintendent to lead a one-of-a-kind, high-end residential projects in New England. Project locations will vary and travel is required. Dowbuilt superintendents are positive, humble, solution-oriented individuals who are passionate about great design and unique building challenges. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As superintendent, you’ll be the on-site construction manager, in charge of building one-of-a-kind architecture. You’ll be responsible for:
+ Ensuring work is performed safely, in accordance with plans and specifications, and in compliance with local building codes
+ Daily constructability problem-solving
+ Onsite quality control throughout project lifecycle
