Job Description

• Assists fishers in various tasks on fishing vessels, including baiting hooks, setting and retrieving nets, sorting and cleaning fish, and maintaining equipment.
• Performs general labor duties such as cleaning the vessel, assisting with repairs, and handling fish safely.
• Follows safety regulations and complies with maritime laws.
• Experience in commercial fishing or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work long hours in demanding conditions, including exposure to the elements and potential seasickness.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and working on unsteady surfaces.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing conditions.
