About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and maintaining store inventory.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store premises.
- Monitor product expiration dates and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or store assistance is an advantage but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry items up to 20kg.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented and able to handle inquiries politely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
