About the Role

Digital Guru is looking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Edina, MN or Wahpeton, ND. This role is focused on frontline customer support and technical troubleshooting. You'll be answering calls, managing tickets, and resolving Tier 1 issues while also handling system configuration and basic hardware needs as they come up.


Responsibilities:



  • Answer customer calls and create/update tickets in Syncro

  • Resolve Tier 1 issues (password resets, printer problems, basic app/network issues)

  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 as needed

  • Configure new systems (OS install, drivers, apps, security)

  • Perform firmware/BIOS updates and hardware diagnostics

  • Prepare systems for delivery

  • Track inventory and update asset records
