About the Role

HELPDESK SUPPORT ENGINEER

Petaling Jaya - Kota Damansara


RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Respond to user's queries via chat, email, phone and ticketing portal.
  • Handle inbound/outbound tickets in comply to the SLA.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support to users and escalate the issue to supervisor if it remains unresolved. 
  • Understand the nature of the issues faced by users and provide adequate solutions.
  • Follow up on escalation cases till closure.

  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years' experience in helpdesk / technical support roles. 
  • Have knowledge on IT hardware and software.
  • Able to work based on 24/7 shift, by rotational.
  • Patience, able to work under pressure and customer service oriented. 
  • Good in communication skills.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology
