Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Ames, Iowa. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues in a fast-paced Hi Tech Engineering environment. The person in this role will help maintain reliable desktop operations, respond to service requests, and deliver practical solutions that keep employees productive.
