Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior ERP System Administrator / IT Helpdesk Support to assist with day-to-day ERP operations and provide basic IT helpdesk support. You will help support our ERP system, Acumatica, while also helping resolve common technical issues for end users. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both business systems and IT support within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-level support for ERP users (troubleshooting issues, answering questions)
· Assist with data entry, data cleanup, and data validation across modules
· Support daily operational tasks such as order processing, inventory updates, and reporting
· Document processes, workflows, and system procedures
