About the Role
Synechron is looking for a customer-focused Help-Desk & End User Computing Associate with strong expertise in Microsoft platforms to work with a global insurance firm. The role delivers advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and SharePoint, ensuring end-user productivity and secure, seamless collaboration across the London office. This role will work closely with other IT teams to maintain system performance, support migrations, and champion end-user adoption of Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications, especially Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools
- Assist users with Teams collaboration, channel and meeting management, file sharing, and integration of apps and bots
