About the Role

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Helpdesk & Systems Administrator to support day‑to‑day IT operations while helping evolve our infrastructure. This role bridges frontline helpdesk support and core systems administration, with responsibility for advanced end‑user support, endpoint management, and system administration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for escalated end‑user issues
  • Own, design, and evolve ITSM ticketing system
  • Act as backup for Tier 1 helpdesk
  • Own complex endpoint, OS, and application issues
  • Maintain end‑to‑end ticket ownership
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, VMware platform and Microsoft Entra ID cloud services
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related infrastructure services
