Field diagnosis and running repairs of Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar equipment, in field environment (possibility of remote locations) Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed. Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET daily Complete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes) Interact with customers, sales support, and the rest of the Finning team
