HSE Officer (Site-Based) – Construction

Helsinki, Finland | Full-Time | Rotation Available

What you’ll do

• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance on-site
• Carry out inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and training
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain HSE documentation and reporting
• Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to improve safety performance

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or similar
• 3+ years’ site-based HSE experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of Finnish HSE regulations
• Experience with audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Fluent English (Finnish is a strong advantage)
