Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, report, and monitor provider data across various business functions, systems, and interfaces
- Manage new Health Partner Lifecycle (HPLC) initiatives from concept through implementation
- Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses to support business case creation and decision-making
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for provider data and its impact on downstream processes
- Review reports and data for pattern identification, trend analysis, and special cause variation
- Develop, document, test, and validate new data solutions and process improvements
- Mentor peers to achieve cross-functional capability and subject matter expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of five years of healthcare data analysis or project management experience
