Head of Training and Documentation

ReOrbit is looking for a Head of Training and Documentation to lead the strategy, development, and governance of operational training and mission documentation across our Mission Operations and Ground Segment teams.

As our Head of Training and Documentation, you will build and scale the frameworks, processes, and standards that ensure mission teams are trained, certified, and operationally ready across all mission phases. Working closely with spacecraft, software, systems engineering, security, and programme teams, you will transform complex technical information into clear, controlled, and mission‑ready operational content that supports safe and efficient satellite operations.
