Head of Technical Support & NOC/SOC Excellence

Communicate Technology, based in Leeds, is looking for a Head of Technical Support to join their senior leadership team. This role is crucial for defining strategy and driving service excellence across the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Security Operations Centre (SOC).
