Key Accountabilities
- The Head of Organization Development is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization’s business objectives.
- This role encompasses organizational design, workforce planning, process improvement, and HR technology optimization.
- Additionally, the role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, leads Malaysianization efforts, and manages the HR Work Program Budget (WPB) to support the company’s operational and strategic goals effectively.
