Head of Network Interchange Optimization

Head of Network Interchange Optimization role within the Card Payments and Network Partnerships team leverages analytical and operational processes to improve interchange revenue across all Citi Credit cards. This leader will be responsible for team of payment professionals, setting priorities managing workstreams and providing direction, leadership and SME guidance.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Work with internal stakeholders to develop roadmap and capabilities for interchange optimization, transaction approval rate improvements and fraud prevention
+ Champion process and associated framework to review network expenses across all line of cards and analyze interchange at the detailed level to identify EBT impact opportunities
+ Engage with internal teams, networks and top merchants to improve transaction approval rates and generate more spending on Citi cards
