Head of Learning & Development — Strategy & Impact

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to spearhead the design and execution of training strategies in Manila. This role focuses on onboarding and skill development in technical environments.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in Learning & Development and 5 years in operational training. Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach are essential. The work setup is onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa with a regular day shift.
