The Area Head of LCL will translate regional product strategy into actionable business plan and drive execution in the respective area. Lead and manage LCL & CRM products to achieve product growth ambition and ensure customer satisfaction. Directly responsible for the area PnL result of LCL & CRM and ensure profitable growth for each. Continuously enhance product competitiveness by optimizing product portfolio in the area. Act as member of regional product leadership team and contribute to product growth plan. Build motivated and engaged product organization in the area.
