About the Role

NoBroker is a disruptive real-estate platform that makes it possible to buy/sell/rent a house

without paying any brokerage by eliminating the presence of brokers in real estate-related

dealings who are known to eat away exorbitant amounts from the purchaser in the name of

the commission by not charging any brokerage from either party.


Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing a team of Relationship managers.

- Audit Cases of RMs and Assistant managers and assisting them with their client‘s case

- Ensure the team is achieving their weekly/monthly targets

- Reviewing the performance of the team and preparing reports

- Assisting them with the sales pitch and Escalation Handling and active

- Participation in site visit and deal closure

- Meeting Pan India level targets month driving team to get maximum numbers of closure
