Head of Data Engineering with a Leading NBFC

Roles and Responsibilities Complete ownership of various data engineering initiatives, including gathering inputs from
leadership and partner teams, roadmap planning and prioritization, promoting best practices, and
grooming the team
Ability to create end to end data pipelines for ensuring quality data availability using MS SQL Server
tools, Python or R.
Broadened knowledge of Analytics ecosystem in Financial sector and not just limited to current
organization.
Ability to think, consult, discuss and debate with multiple data engineering and solutioning
approaches.
Well-connected within the industry for data acquisition with alternate channels.
Well versed with BFSI industry vendors for Analytics implementation in Credit underwriting, Fraud
management, Collections and Servicing.
