Lead business operations across cities and functions
Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency metrics
Establish and optimize SOPs, governance frameworks, and business processes
Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless execution
Build performance dashboards and drive data-backed decision-making
Lead strategic initiatives focused on growth, expansion, automation, and process transformation
Conduct regular business reviews and drive accountability across teams
