About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Head of Administration to oversee and optimize the administrative department of our sports resort. This role is responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and controlling administrative tasks finance focused, assigning department-specific duties to the Administration staff, with the goal of presenting updated financial statements and relevant financial information
Your Tasks
- Oversee and manage administrative processes across all departments
- Ensure accurate revenue tracking, payment processing, and debt management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and debt collections
